The Illinois Juvenile Officers Association demonstrates leadership by maintaining and enhancing quality collaborative training opportunities and forums for sharing expertise to guide and support the professional development of its broad-based membership and the Illinois Juvenile Justice System. The Illinois Juvenile Officers Association partners with the Illinois DARE Officers Association to host its annual state conference providing continued professional training.
